Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is PlanGo which is a product owned by New Zealand Sorted Limited.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to those aged 18 years or over.
Employees of New Zealand Sorted Limited, Cheeky Kiwi Travel and their immediate families, as well as any third-party agencies involved in the competition, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must book a Cheeky Kiwi tour through www.plangonewzealand.com.

Each booking qualifies as one entry into the draw.
Cancelled tours are void from entry; only confirmed bookings will be eligible.

4. Competition Period
The competition begins on 1 December 2024 and ends at midnight on 10 January 2025.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

5. Prize Details
The prize consists of one free small group day tour from Cheeky Kiwi Travel, departing from Auckland, Queenstown, Christchurch or Franz Josef, up to the value of $429 (excluding extras from third-party operators).
The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of winning.

6. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Cheeky Kiwi Travel reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period. Eligible entries must be a Plango New Zealand website and Wander New Zealand Facebook member.
The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Cheeky Kiwi Travel reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Publicity
By entering this competition, participants consent to Cheeky Kiwi Travel using their name and image in promotional material related to this competition without additional compensation.

9. Liability
Cheeky Kiwi Travel will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy
Personal information collected during this competition will be used in accordance with Cheeky Kiwi Travel's privacy policy and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

11. General Conditions
Cheeky Kiwi Travel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.​​​
